Step 1

Faith Christian Academy welcomes students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin who meet admission guidelines and who pledge to adhere to the school’s statement of faith. As a Christian school, FCA students and staff are committed to honoring the character of Christ in our attitudes and behaviors.

Step 2

Schedule a visit of our campus and an interview with our principal. We welcome all prospective students and their families to tour our facilities.  Students who matriculate mid-year or who are transferring from a non-accredited school will be tested for appropriate placement. Review our parent student handbook.

Step 3

Complete a student application. The application should be submitted to the main office along with the following documents:

  • Copy of child’s social security card.

  • Copy of child’s birth certificate

  • Immunization documents

  • Transcripts and report cards from previous school will be requested

  • Registration fee and tuition

You will be notified of acceptance once all documents are received.

All these documents are available at your doctor's office or local health department. K4 - age 4 before September 1st

6th

  • Immunization Form #3231 with Varicella


7th

  • Immunization Form #3231 with Tdap and Meningococcal conjugate vaccines
